These terms govern the supply and fitting of IMMOSTOP vehicle immobilisers and related products by Autosecureshop ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We recommend a solicitor reviews these terms before you rely on them.

1. Who we are

2. Our products & service

IMMOSTOP immobiliser — £349, fully fitted. Includes the IMMOSTOP device, the smartphone app, 2 emergency override power keys and professional installation.
SIM GPS tracker add-on — £99 (optional), and extra power keys — £25 each.

IMMOSTOP is a vehicle security deterrent designed to make theft significantly harder. No security product can guarantee that a vehicle will never be stolen, and nothing in these terms is a promise that theft is impossible.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and, where applicable, include VAT. You pay securely online by card through our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm your order and/or arrange your fitting. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a vehicle is not compatible, or the item is unavailable) and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Fitting

IMMOSTOP is professionally fitted, usually at your home or chosen location by appointment. After you order, we will contact you to confirm vehicle compatibility and to book a convenient fitting time. You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the vehicle. If, after checking, your vehicle cannot be fitted, we will refund you in full.

5. Warranty

Your IMMOSTOP installation is covered by a parts & labour warranty and an installation certificate issued on registration. The warranty covers faults in the device and the installation under normal use; it does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification, or work carried out by others. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

6. Your app & PIN

You are responsible for keeping your phone, app access, PIN and power keys secure, and for authorising only people you trust. We provide recovery help for registered vehicles as described in our support pages and privacy policy.

7. Cancellations & refunds

You have a legal right to cancel distance purchases, with specific rules where fitting has begun or completed. Full details, including how to cancel and how refunds are made, are in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability

We provide our products and fitting with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss or damage arising from a vehicle theft or attempted theft beyond our statutory obligations — IMMOSTOP is a deterrent, not an insurance policy. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
